- 01 - Introduction
VenueVerse is a platform that helps partygoers discover events at various nightlife venues (“Venue” or “Venues”). VenueVerse is not the owner of any Venue or creator of any of the events listed on our Services. Rather, we focus on enhancing your nightlife experience by providing a platform to help you locate events, purchase event tickets and sign up for guest lists. We also provide content regarding nightlife culture, venues and happenings.
By downloading, accessing, or using our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the app.
02 - Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this app. By using VenueVerse, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
To ensure that we are providing a safe community for our users, we require users to meet certain eligibility requirements. By accessing our App, you represent and warrant: (i) that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; (ii) you have not been suspended or removed from our Services; and (iii) that you are in compliance at all times with all applicable laws and regulations.
03 - Account Registration
To use certain features of the app, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

04 -Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Prices for tickets may change without notice. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by law or as specified in these terms.
Table OVERBOOKINGS; AGENT FEE
If a nightclub or lounge has overbooked and is sold out, it is the nightclub or lounges responsibility to accommodate you with another VIP table. This is our agreement with each venue. We will endeavor to enforce our agreements with nightclubs and lounges, and while we are not responsible to you if the nightclub or lounge does not, for whatever reason, find/create you a VIP table, we ask that you contact us immediately in the event that the nightclub or lounge is unable to find/create you an available table so that we may assist in the process.
05 - QR Codes and Entry
Upon purchasing a ticket, you will receive a QR code. This QR code must be presented at the event venue for entry. Depending on the type of QR code you purchase, you may receive priority access or skip-the-line privileges.
The events listed on our Services are owned and operated by our Venue partners. You understand that each Venue has different admission policies, including, but not limited to, rules regarding attire, gender ratio, guest list times and/or capacity limitations.
The venue reserves the right to deny entry if the QR code is invalid or has already been used.
06 - Refunds
All purchases are final and cannot be exchanged for tickets for another event. Please be aware that a ticket is a revocable license. Admission can be refused at the Venue Organizer's discretion. A ticket cannot be redeemed for cash. Refunds will only be issued at the discretion of the Venue Organizer.
If an event has been moved or rescheduled, please contact the Venue Organizer directly for further information..
07 - Ejection
The Venue Management always reserves the right to refuse admission to, or remove, anyone who acts with disorderly conduct or otherwise violates any rule of the venue (e.g., refusing entry to those carrying weapons, alcohol, recording devices, and/or noise/chemical irritants).
To enforce this policy, Management may subject you and your personal belongings to a search when you enter the event location.
08 - SMS and Email Marketing
By providing your email address and/or phone number, you consent to receive marketing communications from Venue Verse via email and SMS. These messages may include promotional offers, updates, and other relevant information about our services.
Opting Out
• SMS: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.
• Email: Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.
Even after opting out, you may still receive non-promotional messages related to your account, transactions, or customer support.
Data Usage & Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

09 - Prohibited Mobile App Conduct
You agree not to:
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Impersonate any person or entity;
• Harass, threaten, or defraud users or staff of VenueVerse or our venue partners.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or servers or networks connected to the app.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the app.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, re-sell or exploit any information, materials or content on the App or Site.
To enforce this policy, Management may subject you and your personal belongings to a search when you enter the event location.
10 - Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, are the exclusive property of VenueVerse or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
11 - Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the app at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these terms.
12 - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VenueVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the app.
13 - Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14 - Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our app after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
15 - Claims of copyright infringement
All content on our Site is either property of VenueVerse or licensed property from our partners, and is protected in full by intellectual property laws. All registered and unregistered trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without our prior written permission.
If you believe that anything displayed on our site is in violation of your intellectual property rights, please notify VenueVerse via info@venueverse.app and we will review the issue promptly.
